My experience with taking a Cognitive Behaviour Program

This week I finished a free 4 part class on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy given by the Mood Disorders Association of Manitoba. It covered everything so many things:
– cognitive behaviour therapy,
– healthy thinking,
– thinking traps,
– exposure therapy for anxiety,
– behaviour experiments for depression,
– general health,
– how to address anger
– assertiveness vs. Aggression
– 7 steps to problem solving
– goal setting
